Role Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and craft individualized treatment strategies.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Wisconsin medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
