Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care to patients of all ages, from newborns through older adults, with a focus on relationship-driven medicine.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive health needs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans that reflect each patient's unique health history and goals.
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and consulting providers to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Champion quality improvement efforts that elevate patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
