Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient holistically and craft personalized occupational therapy plans aligned with their unique functional goals and personal priorities
• Deliver Targeted Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-informed techniques to improve patients' fine motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to carry out meaningful daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner actively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Provide clear, practical instruction to patients and their support networks so that progress continues beyond the therapy room and into everyday life
• Track Progress and Refine Treatment: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and adapt treatment approaches to keep each individual moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continued professional development are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
