We are actively seeking a skilled and mission-driven Physician Assistant to join a dedicated surgical team in a full-time capacity. What You Will Be Doing

• Perform thorough patient assessments encompassing complete physical examinations and in-depth review of medical and surgical histories
• Interpret diagnostic imaging, laboratory findings, and clinical data to support evaluation of surgical conditions
• Partner with attending surgeons to develop and carry out individualized, patient-centered surgical care plans
• Provide active intraoperative assistance — including room preparation, patient positioning, instrument management, and procedural support throughout surgical cases
• Deliver attentive pre- and post-operative care that includes medication management, wound treatment, discharge coordination, and thorough patient and family education

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from a fully accredited Physician Assistant program is required
• Clinical rotation experience with a concentration in surgical settings is strongly preferred

Required Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C national certification
• Current BLS and ACLS credentials
• Valid Wisconsin state licensure or demonstrated eligibility to obtain
